I had a great discussion with the team at Northbeam team this week and wanted to share some of the learnings here.

It is a bit of a greatest hits from a lot of the discussions shared in the newsletter.

  1. Affliate Marketing is overlooked by a lot of media buyers
  2. Media Buyers do not always look at the big picture and look at partners that can positively influence their other paid and organic channels and vice versa. Too siloed.
  3. Affiliate 101 : Brand Advertiser β†’ Network Tracking β†’ Affiliate / Publisher / Partner / Influencer β†’ Pay for valued actions
  4. This yields one of the most efficient levers in performance marketing
  5. Is Affiliate Eating Media Buyer budgets? Yes.
  6. Why? Affiliate size is similar to fraud amount of programmatic - insane! This is a big opportunity to improve health of multi channel and give affliliate more credit than its getting now
  7. Tap into social proof and social capital (reviews, influencers speaking posiitively about your brand)
  8. Affiliate can make up 10-30% of your revenue!
  9. Use Affiliate as a content production group via whitelisting creator content

My favorite part is the breakdown of performance metric changes week over week by platform. I am working with them to include affiliate and influencer one day - a guy can dream πŸ™‚

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Why it matters: As you devise your landing experiences, make sure you ask questions of your customers to drive better conversion. You can do this through:
