ModCloth: Amplify Affiliate Program & Revenue Growth

Challenge

Popular women's fashion retailer ModCloth needed additional growth marketing leadership, specifically strategic and tactical help with their mature affiliate program.

Solution

We offered them an imbedded solution providing guidance to their CMO, CEO, VP of Marketing and marketing team leading affiliate influencer & blogger initiatives. 

Results

In less than 6 months we brought ModCloth $1.15M in revenue by cutting unneeded spend, targeted partner recruitment and building a system for a more data driven approach to evaluating and approaching affiliate partner growth. We were able to better align the program structure to enable new customer acquisition and expand our exposure on high quality influencer and content sites. 

 

IfOnly: 3x Paid Search Revenue

Challenge

The $16M AmEx Ventures backed startup IfOnly needed additional tactical support for their Paid Search marketing campaigns to continue to validate the channel, roll out new products and test

Paid Search audit, weekly Google AdWords strategy sessions and reporting, collaborating closely with VP of Marketing providing creative solutions and executing campaign strategy to boost learnings and volume.
